I am Oddoh Jean-Marc KAKOU, Managing Director of O&CB Oil and Commodities Business, an Ivorian company based in Abidjan specialising in the inspection, testing and analysis of petroleum products, environmental factors, lubricants and commodities.

Demulsibility tester
It is used to assess the ability of an oil to separate from water after mixing. It determines the oil-water separation properties of lubricating oils and petroleum fluids.

Hydrometer density bath
It determines the density or relative density of petroleum products and other liquids using appropriate measuring instruments such as hydrometers. It keeps the sample at a controlled temperature to obtain accurate, reproducible measurements in line with the applicable test methods.
Spectrophotometry · ASTM D1840
UV-VIS determination of naphthalene
It is used to determine the naphthalene concentration of samples by UV-Visible spectrophotometry, measuring the absorption of ultraviolet radiation at specific wavelengths. It quantifies naphthalene in samples prepared according to a validated analytical method, particularly for hydrocarbon quality control and environmental monitoring.
